Kim joined the SJ family with the Hammered Heart. She's already quite proficient with wire, and makes oooh so lovely lampwork beads! Her bracelet was just yummie!
Thanks for coming, darlin'!
A showcase for the beautiful works of art done by my students - some of the most incredible people on earth!
Darlin' Karen joined the family with a lovely Butterfly Kiss. Very nicely oxidized to pull out the detail.
TaDa! Karen made a Hammered Heart. So loverly! The color pallette is scrumptious.
Her very first Toodles, done with jasper.
A tiny jade cab. Look how sweet!
First in the Toodles Heart series - Love the coiled heart frame! The bail is fanned out to show off both the front and back, how clever!
Lois turned the Toodles Weave into a heart on a round jasper cab. How creative is That! the muse is leading on her own very lovely path!
A beautiful piece done in sterling, around a gorgeous malachite cab. Wonderful!
Kathy says - "Thanks Sherry, just love your tut. I used 28ga wire for the weaving - it took twice as long but I think it held the stone better. It has a very snug fit and I didn't have to use any 'holding' wires for it. +++ The glass in the photo looks kind of yellowish and it's not. It's a piece of that meteorite Libyan Desert Glass and is much prettier in person."

Cat, those earrings are soooo cute! I just Love having swaps and challenges!
Just look at the wonderful earrings -
Thank you, m'dear, for sharing your talent. You are so gifted!
She sent me pictures of a variety of Scallops bracelets she made after class, at home. Aren't they wonderful!

Judy's rendition of the Toodles Pendant. Wonderful, m'dear!

Ever the rebel, Sue chose a large cloisonne bead, then matched it with lovely carnelian, stacked to fit. Oh, so lovely!
Sue chose a large pea size turquoise bead for her Butterly Kisses. She quickly realized that it would never fit her delicate wrist. So, she improved the design and added her own flavor by making it into a choker. Absolutely stunning! I adore the tiny dangling copper beads on the side. And the lover's knot at the center front. And the coiled links. And...

Ooooo, the Hammered Heart! Sue is still deciding on her colors for the dangle.
